Trans Quilt Raffle Ticket
$20.00
Nikki Horner dreamed this quilt for the Trans community as a gesture of admiration and endearment. All profits will be donated to organizations serving the Trans community.
Quilts are a labor of love. Constructed slowly and with great care, this piece was created intentionally asymmetrical and uniquely its own. Made with hand dyed fabric and a custom pattern, this is meant to be an expression of her respect and adoration of the Trans community in her life.
A love poem of sorts.
Love that bursts for all that are brave enough to be completely themselves.
Love for a community that shines with transparency of heart.
Love for genuineness, and the human spirit.
Horner has encountered cancer twice in her life, and feels that she lives on borrowed time. She seeks authenticity in her community, and feels that the strength it takes to be one’s truest self is the most beautiful thing in the world.
This quilt is dedicated to the lionhearted.
Size: 48″x48″; Valued at $475.
